8801n instructions removal of old clutch remove to be replaced. If you find play, rebuild the pulley with proper bearing Kit.

See picture below be sure the exposed o-ring, located on backside of your new 8801N that will placed in hubs air shaft, is lubricated and intact it comes pre-lubed.: kysor style. Other oem reference part numbers, 01b, 2501022c91, 2602141C91, f8hz-8a627-ua. There are 6 bolts that secure the clutch to hub pulley.

Clutch to pulley torque the fan 26 lbs. Remove the plastic coupling from new 8801N fan clutch and place it on air shaft of hub. If the access holes are not aligned with Allen bolts, you can apply air to clutch disengage it.

There are 6 access holes in the front of clutch that allow you to and remove Allen bolts. New genuine Kit Masters k-26 rear air fan clutch P/N 8801N includes hardware and instructions as pictured. K-26 rear air fan clutch.

If you do not repair the hub, new clutch will prematurely fail. Replacement the air shaft in of pulley should be wiped clean. This item is sold outright.

Then rotate the hosing until access holes line up with Allen bolts for removal. Most common present. These are Allen head bolts. Once the clutch is removed from hub pulley, inspect to be sure there isn play.

Any play indicates worn bearings in the pulley. Torque the 6 Allen head bolts to 45 lbs.

Use a Allen wrench to remove.
