Thanks zack call text. Please see photos. I will not accept a return for this. Appears the same as 3 for a Detroit DD15 engine, however that part number in not on this fan 32 m 2216 c 9500 positive above because it is hard to read but should be fairly close.

Part numbers appears to be the following. This fan has a scratch gouge on all of the outer edge blades bolt or other object looks like it was running against.
